📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements • Implement strategic approaches to application implementations aligned with client business objectives • Track costs and schedules and use analytical skills to forecast trends • Serve as the primary client contact and provide regular project updates • Lead diverse project teams of functional leads, technical experts, and consultants • Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement • Make independent decisions and recommendations while managing projects • Lead organizational project change effectively • Oversee, motivate, and monitor team performance, quality, and timeliness • Implement communication tools and processes to keep team members informed of project status and KPIs • Communicate project, contractual, customer, KPI, and status requirements to the project team • Resolve project team and customer issues and conflicts • Collaborate across the organization and with people across levels, functions, geographies, and cultures • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Address issues promptly to maintain project timelines and deliverables • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes • Conduct regular reviews and audits of project deliverables • Coordinate consultants and vendors and ensure integration and adherence to timelines • Manage external partner relationships and hold vendors accountable for deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field • Master’s degree is a plus • 15 years of Project Management experience • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading Global Business Transformation Projects • Extensive experience with the implementation of Project-based ERP and/or Project Control systems • In-depth knowledge of various applications and their functionalities • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is required • Proven experience leveraging the Agile Method of Project Management • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, JIRA, and/or Confluence • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
