📋 Description

• Act as a trusted research advisor, understanding customer objectives and recommending methodologies, sampling strategies, and study designs • Manage research engagements end-to-end, from initial scoping and study setup through data collection, quality assurance, analysis, and reporting • Lead customer conversations, provide expert guidance, manage expectations, and solve complex research challenges • Design and build studies using Qualtrics and Prolific • Conduct quantitative analysis, interpret findings, and translate results into actionable recommendations • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Supply teams to support opportunities, overcome delivery challenges, and improve research processes • Help shape and scale Prolific's Managed Services offering

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing and delivering complex research projects, ideally within a research consultancy, managed services team, market research agency, or industry research function • Proven experience advising customers on research methodology, study design, and sampling strategies • Strong quantitative research and analytical skills, including statistical analysis and translating research data into actionable insights • Experience managing multiple client-facing research projects simultaneously • Familiarity with research platforms, particularly Qualtrics • Familiarity with analytical tools such as R, Python, SPSS, or similar • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Collaborative, solutions-focused approach • PhD or equivalent research experience (nice to have, not required) • Experience delivering research across academic and commercial environments (nice to have) • Experience with qualitative research or developing scalable research processes and best practices (nice to have)
