📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for data platform support requests and incidents • Monitor daily data loads, integrations, and scheduled processes • Investigate and resolve routine data issues and escalate complex problems when necessary • Respond to user questions regarding dashboards, reports, datasets, and data availability • Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles • Provision, modify, and remove user access across data and reporting platforms • Support data quality validation activities and investigate data discrepancies • Assist with data cleansing, transformation, and standardization efforts • Participate in testing and deployment activities for new data integrations • Help maintain data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and technical specifications • Work directly with business users to understand data-related issues and requirements • Educate users on available reporting tools and data resources • Assist with training materials and user documentation • Provide Tier 1 support for the enterprise data platform while developing foundational data engineering skills • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Data Stewards, and business users across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 0–3 years of experience in IT support, analytics, data management, or related technical roles • Basic understanding of databases and SQL • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • ProMach uses E-Verify to verify employment eligibility of all new hires to work in the United States • Preferred: Exposure to reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau • Preferred: Basic knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration processes • Preferred: Experience with ERP systems such as SyteLine, SAP, Dynamics, or similar business applications • Preferred: Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Databricks • Preferred: Basic programming experience in SQL, Python, or similar technologies • Preferred: Understanding of master data management and data governance concepts
