📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and post-placement follow-up. • Conduct detailed client intake meetings to understand technical requirements, culture, compensation, and hiring priorities. • Develop recruiting strategies tailored to each search. • Source active and passive candidates using multiple recruiting channels. • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Present qualified candidates with detailed interview summaries and recommendations. • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. • Facilitate offer negotiations and successfully close candidates. • Maintain regular follow-up after placement to ensure successful onboarding and long-term retention. • Local onsite client visits as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (staffing agency or corporate recruiting preferred). • Experience recruiting for professional, skilled trades, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, administrative, or industrial positions. • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Ability to prioritize multiple searches simultaneously. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
