📋 Description

• Participate in planning, designing, developing, training, implementing, communicating, supporting, and evaluating functionality related to assigned applications • Serve as a mentor for IT staff • Help and review IT staff work as needed • Support existing and new functionality for assigned applications

🎯 Requirements

• Pharm D degree or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy • Exceptional knowledge of assigned clinical software applications and healthcare operations • Healthcare information technology experience • 5-7 years of pharmacy practice, informatics, or healthcare IT experience • Over 3 years’ Epic analyst experience • Registered Pharmacist • Outpatient Analyst: have or obtain Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification in the primary application within three months of completing the first Epic class • Inpatient Analyst: have or obtain Epic Willow Inpatient Certification in the primary application within three months of completing the first Epic class • Obtaining and maintaining Epic Certification in the primary application is mandatory • IT background • Project management and leadership experience • Experience leading large implementations or system optimization initiatives • Multiple Epic Certifications out of Epic Willow Ambulatory, Epic Willow Inpatient, Epic Compass Rose Specialty Pharmacy, and Epic Willow Inventory
