📋 Description

• Serve as an ambassador for patients calling with billing statement questions • Resolve billing issues to ensure a positive patient experience • Verify insurance benefits as needed • Identify enrollment issues and review available coverage • Identify deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, co-payments, and other payor-driven items

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Medical billing or customer service experience in a physician, hospital, home health, or hospice environment • Must reside within 60 miles of Toledo, OH 43604 • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; employment is unavailable to residents of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, and U.S. territories
