📋 Description

• Align closely with reseller and distribution partners to land and expand new business across all vertical markets. • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers at end-user and partner accounts. • Create and execute account plans and exceed targets and quotas. • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional partners, resolve issues and conflicts, and provide an excellent customer experience. • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and market fund development activities that drive regional brand awareness. • Interface directly with resellers, distributors, and end customers. • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure partner success and execute goals. • Lead partner quarterly business reviews and performance tracking. • Deliver training to partner sales and technical teams on Promethean’s complete product and solutions portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of outside selling experience in the technology hardware and software space. • Direct experience and a strong understanding of A/V technology integration partners. • Thorough grasp of sales enablement, pipeline generation, and value-based partner engagement. • Business background preferred with problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data and overcome sales objections. • Must be able to make professional and compelling presentations and communicate effectively to small and large audiences and have excellent time management skills. • Experience with Salesforce, partner portals, and performance dashboards. • Highly organized, exceptional time management skills, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, overnight stays required. • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
