📋 Description

• Own the inventory booking tool used to book placements • Field requests outside the self-serve flow and flag utilization gaps • Add new campaign levers as they launch • Build partner, self-serve, and seasonal campaigns in the internal CMS and Braze • Build collection pages and entry points from design specifications • Set up A/B tests • QA copy, links, tags, and budgets • Launch campaigns on time • Run seasonal campaign timelines across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing • Monitor campaign pacing and flag risks early to Customer Success Managers and Business Development • Work with Insights on tests and budget shifts • Run post-campaign reviews and maintain documentation • Use AI tools to ship fixes to the booking tool and calendar • Report to the Ad Ops Manager and collaborate with Customer Success, Business Development, Growth and Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, such as program management, project management, business operations or marketplace operations • Strong operations experience • Actively uses AI tools in daily work and comfortable with vibe coding fixes • Experience learning new tools fast and teaching others • Record of owning projects end to end with little supervision • Ability to bring problems to the team with a proposed fix • Clear, timely and proactive communication with technical and non-technical partners • Ability to run a cross-functional timeline and keep partners on track • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong error detection • Skilled at prioritizing across multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable in Google Sheets and HTML • Experience with A/B testing is a plus • Experience at a startup or in a lean, cross-functional environment • Applicants must be based in one of the listed states with an established entity • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship eligibility is queried in the application
