📋 Description

• Own complex and/or multiple client relationships • Serve as project owner for e-commerce content from inception through completion • Interpret client needs and project requirements across the digital shelf process from creative kick-off to publication and syndication • Ensure satisfactory resolution of client issues through problem-solving • Create and maintain project work-back schedules • Assign and track up-front tasks and activities to ensure timely completion • Initiate kickoff and solution review meetings • Ensure subsequent meetings and tasks occur on schedule • Direct project activities and monitor projects for cost and timing efficiencies • Meet with clients as needed and understand client expectations • Validate client protocols and brand requirements and ensure compliance • Handle and respond to client inquiries, status questions, concerns, and information requests • Monitor production queries and resolve conflicts and issues to keep projects on track • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field • 3+ years progressive project coordination experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Understanding of digital shelf content requirements preferred • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and internal and external clients • Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Ability to work with and influence peers and management • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
