📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap and define the product direction • Define and sequence work, distinguishing committed work from aspirational plans • Produce clear PRDs for engineering estimation and development • Partner daily with engineering leads on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs • Unblock delivery and cut scope when deadlines take priority • Participate in POVs, customer calls, and escalations to understand security operations • Translate customer and SOC expertise into prioritized product work with clear rationale • Design for transparency, control, and measured accuracy to build customer trust • Own enablement, launch, adoption, and post-release outcomes • Define success metrics before development and measure outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated judgment under ambiguity, with a bias toward deciding and moving • High sense of urgency and personal ownership over outcomes • Appetite for building in a category with no established playbook • Track record of owning products end to end and shipping on a fast cadence • Either real depth in security operations, or a proven ability to acquire domain expertise quickly by working shoulder to shoulder with expert customers • Experience working directly with customers, including technical buyers and practitioners • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Ability to produce documents that serve as the team's working artifact • Technical fluency sufficient to read design documents, identify risks, and participate in scoping discussions
