📋 Description

• Source, screen, and engage interpretation vendors in alignment with Propio standards. • Develop and maintain vendor relationships across the US market. • Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns with guidance from the Director of Vendor Management and Shared Services to increase Propio’s onsite interpretation coverage. • Conduct cold outreach via email and phone to engage and recruit potential vendor partners. • Screen and qualify onsite interpretation vendors for compliance and quality measures. • Facilitate contract submission by coordinating the preparation and completion of vendor agreements. • Utilize recruiting data and analytics to aid in achieving and maintaining fill-rate standards. • Leverage Excel to accurately track and manage vendor information.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in English • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint • Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field OR equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience in a vendor sourcing or partnership development role • Previous experience working in a metrics driven environment • Previous experience working in the language services industry a plus
