📋 Description

• Own launch readiness and end-to-end technical onboarding for assigned partners • Manage content ingestion, widget configuration, prompt tuning, AI answer optimization, and embed-code validation • Present product capabilities and customization options and guide partners through self-service or white-glove setup • Conduct internal and partner QA to ensure successful launches • Coordinate technical launch timelines with partners, Engineering, and Strategic Partnerships • Triage signed-but-not-yet-live partners, assess readiness, and identify blockers • Serve as first responder for partner-reported issues, reproducing bugs and diagnosing widget installation, configuration, and AI answer-quality issues • Own technical support communications and maintain strong SLAs • Act as technical liaison between partners and Engineering • Proactively spot-check partner configurations after console updates to catch regressions • Evaluate and optimize AI answer quality, including relevance, tone, formatting, suggested questions, and partner-specific behavior • Collaborate on partner audits to identify configuration gaps, engagement trends, and optimization opportunities • Implement configuration changes that improve engagement performance • Build and maintain internal sources of truth for onboarding statuses and configurations • Maintain implementation guides, partner-facing playbooks, and product menus • Document partner configurations, implementation decisions, and troubleshooting procedures • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on partner implementations • Identify recurring implementation challenges and partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve the platform • Collaborate with Engineering on console feature rollouts while preserving partner configurations

🎯 Requirements

• Technical fluency with APIs, console logs, widget implementations, embed code, and independent bug triage • Basic understanding of generative AI and large language models (LLMs), including prompting, context, and configuration effects on AI outputs • Strong partner-facing communication skills, including professional email writing and independently running partner calls • Highly organized with strong SLA discipline • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple partner issues simultaneously • East Coast or Central hours strongly preferred for EU partner coverage • Nice to have experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, Technical Account Management, Product Support, or Forward Deployed Engineering at a B2B SaaS or media tech company • Nice to have familiarity with CMS platforms, including WordPress and WordPress VIP, and web publishing workflows • Nice to have experience with content ingestion pipelines, structured data, or modern web publishing systems • Nice to have experience with AI-powered products, prompt tuning, or configuring AI-generated outputs • Applicants must provide authorization information; the role is not eligible for company sponsorship of a visa requiring a new H-1B petition subject to the specified payment requirement
