📋 Description

• Support staff with expertise in technical document translation, technical writing and editing, engineering, information technology support, and other related disciplines • Help organize and streamline processes • Support environmental, cultural resources, and financial support services • Engage with stakeholders at all levels • Analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights • Contribute to business analysis and process improvement activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management, finance, economics, information technology, or a related field • At least 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles • Experience preferably in the public sector or with federal agencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools • Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies such as BPMN or Six Sigma is desirable • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
