📋 Description

• Provide system administration and data center support for the National Park Service • Provide expertise on server configurations, installations, and maintenance • Perform data center support activities aligned with Task 2.4.2 • Work with senior management to implement IT policies and procedures • Develop disaster recovery plans • Assist with IT integration • Support government and public-sector clients across the Mid-Atlantic region, including CONUS locations in Washington, DC, Reston, Virginia, and Denver, Colorado

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science • Advanced certifications in clustered systems • CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification • Certification in IT Service Management (ITIL) • 3+ years of system administration experience in high-availability systems • Experience with high-availability systems and clustered environments • Advanced knowledge of clustered environments and disaster recovery systems • Network backup knowledge • Disaster recovery planning knowledge • Federal government experience preferred • Must meet security clearance requirements • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio • Communication skills • Leadership
