📋 Description

• Provide services and support as an Information Technology Center Support Systems Administration — Intermediate professional • Perform intermediate-level systems administration tasks with project oversight responsibilities • Support and maintain daily system operations • Ensure compliance with NPS requirements • Support Task 2.5.3 Systems Operation and Maintenance activities • Provide coverage for assigned systems operation and maintenance swim-lane tasks • Provide remote support • Support IT services and telecommunications for the Department of the Interior and National Park Service • Work with engagement teams and government and public services sector clients

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate-level project management experience in IT, with a focus on systems support • Intermediate-level system operations experience in government environments • Intermediate-level systems and project management experience • Intermediate-level IT system maintenance experience, with 5+ years of experience • Clustered systems expertise • Server maintenance • Must meet security clearance requirements • CompTIA Security+ or CISSP • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) • Certified in IT Service Management (ITIL) • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) • Best business practices • Change management • Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Systems administration expertise • Tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support • Network infrastructure management • Cybersecurity proficiency • Disaster recovery and business continuity • IT Service Management (ITSM) • Operating System (OS) support • High Availability Cluster Multiprocessing (HACMP) • Telecommunications and voice/video infrastructure • Performance analysis tools • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science • Advanced certifications • Project management knowledge • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio proficiency
