📋 Description

• Facilitate onboarding of new clients, including training, content implementation, and full program and product adoption • Serve as the client's primary point of contact throughout onboarding • Liaise between clients and multiple departments to move projects forward • Manage website development processes, launch priorities, and timelines • Manage implementation of client marketing systems, including dashboard setup and connecting social media and analytics accounts • Train clients on how to use company systems • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including videos, documentation, and checklists • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding activities • Monitor and report onboarding progress against milestones and goals • Escalate concerns to leadership as needed • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize the onboarding experience • Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve matters within SLA timeframes • Perform basic content updates and simple HTML changes • Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from additional GeniusVets products or services

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in client onboarding, client support, account management, or related role • Exceptional communication, empathy, and rapport-building • Effective client management and meeting facilitation • Technical aptitude to learn new systems and train others • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Familiarity with project management tools and software • Strong organizational skills; reliable and self-motivated • Prolonged periods of sedentary movement • Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds • Certain management positions might be required to occasional travel
