📋 Description

• Manage the entire transaction documentation and closing process for Equipment Finance transactions, including complex documentation, structures, and third-party documentation from syndicated partners • Determine whether underwriting, pricing, and equipment management approval conditions for documentation have been satisfied • Decide appropriate action when contradictions are identified in documentation and escalate issues as needed • Escalate potential risks discovered during funding, including potential fraud • Interpret and develop commercial loan documents for collateral associated with complex commercial loans • Resolve complex documentation issues and identify opportunities to improve operating practices and efficiency • Consult with customers and dealers regarding loan documentation satisfaction • Prioritize fluctuating workloads and meet demanding funding deadlines • Execute titling documentation, research titles, and resolve title issues within company timelines • Interface with customers, sales, credit, collections, accounting, and DMV agencies to ensure titles are properly processed • Identify and address documentation and lien-position perfection issues that may affect commercial loan funding • Control and prioritize work queues for new lease and loan transactions • Lead and manage the team through consistent training, development, and coaching • Encourage associates to set challenging goals and high performance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the lease, loan, or mortgage industries • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus • Results oriented work ethic and high level of personal initiative • Extremely detail oriented and conscientious • Team player with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and management • Adaptable to change • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to interpret various instructions • Ability to compute discount, interest, profit, loss, commission markup, selling price, ratio, proportion, and percentage • Ability to perform very simple algebra • Ability to read a variety of books, magazines, instruction manuals, atlases, and encyclopedias • Ability to prepare memos, reports, and essays using proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar
