📋 Description

• Serve as a core member of the senior leadership team • Develop and execute a unified operational strategy • Ensure the organization's infrastructure and resources are resilient and optimized • Collaborate with senior leadership to set organizational priorities • Act as the steward of organizational health • Safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team in operational leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience overseeing finance, legal/compliance, and technology functions in mission-driven organizations • Sophisticated understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory frameworks • Proven success in building and scaling operational systems • Strong financial acumen • Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and information governance • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
