📋 Description

• Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants within the same pod structure • Assist in managing outstanding medical balances under the direction of the Team Lead • Provide necessary insurance information to medical providers • Learn the fundamentals of Filevine • Become familiar with Personal Injury Law terminology and concepts • Contact medical providers to verify and obtain information regarding outstanding balances • Maintain accurate records of provider communications and payment statuses • Provide auto and health insurance information when medical balances are outstanding • Follow up with written letters for firm records

🎯 Requirements

• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure • Detail-oriented and organized • Exceptional communication and written skills • Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Adobe, and Microsoft Outlook • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality • Previous experience in a legal field or medical office setting is strongly preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as verified through E-Verify
