📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point person for new partner implementations • Lead partner meetings and build and maintain project plans • Coordinate technology setup end to end • Own up to two concurrent client implementations once fully ramped • Provide onsite support during launches • Oversee education and marketing material delivery • Translate partnership and market-specific nuances into executable implementation plans • Anticipate risks, drive mitigation plans, and resolve implementation issues • Refine implementation project management templates and the implementation playbook • Balance implementation work with broader business operations projects • Optimize toolkits and playbooks and improve manual processes • Partner cross-functionally to increase efficiency across operations and the clinical team

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience with a track record of owning implementations end to end • Healthcare implementation experience, ideally within a managed-services model; SaaS implementation experience considered with strong operational ownership • Working knowledge of clinic operations, including revenue cycle fundamentals • Experience or aptitude for driving provider behavior change • Familiarity with EMR or EHR systems and technical implementation aspects • Proactive problem-solving and issue-resolution skills • Ability to independently drive work, solve problems, and manage ambiguity • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and switch between client-facing implementation and internal operations projects • Strong project management fundamentals, including project plans, templates, and playbooks • Excellent relationship-management and communication skills for independently leading partner meetings • Ability to travel 20%–30% as needed for onsite launches and partner meetings • Preferred: oncology, behavioral health, or value-based care experience • Preferred: high-growth, early-stage healthcare services startup experience • Preferred: healthcare management consulting background • Preferred: performance analysis and translating data/findings into operational workflows • Entrepreneurial spirit
