📋 Description

• Perform complex actuarial work with minimal supervision • Deliver high-quality results • Communicate findings and recommendations to actuarial peers, leaders, and senior stakeholders • Apply advanced critical thinking to identify complex issues, assess risk, and drive effective solutions • Own complex projects from planning through completion • Anticipate dependencies, risks, and key decisions • Provide guidance to project teams • Support junior analysts through coaching and knowledge sharing • Demonstrate emerging leadership through accountability and collaboration • Partner across teams to achieve shared outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Finance, or a related field • Successful completion of 4+ exams of the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation • Upon hire: Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) • 5 years healthcare actuarial/analytics experience • Experience writing queries in SQL or another programming language • Demonstrated project management skills in data-related and financial analysis projects • Experience working for a large health care provider or plan • Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field • Preferred: Upon hire, Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) • Preferred: Experience with Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid revenue methodologies • Preferred: Experience with APMs and Value-Based Care contracts
