📋 Description
• Provide telephone support to clinics • Answer patient calls • Access the Epic system • Create in-basket messages • Perform other duties as assigned • Work under the general direction of the Call Center Coordinator KC or appropriate Practice Administrator/Manager
🎯 Requirements
• 2 years customer service experience • Clerical, medical, and call center/phone work experience (preferred)
