📋 Description

• Provide account sponsorship within the Revenue Cycle • Obtain patient demographic and complex insurance information • Partner with Care Management to provide clinical information • Obtain insurance verifications, referrals, and authorizations • Ensure required authorizations are in place • Support patient account reimbursement

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare registration • Previous healthcare experience in either a provider or payor site • Experience obtaining insurance verifications, referrals, and authorizations • Preferred: 1 year of related experience in a healthcare setting • Preferred: 1 year of experience with hospital precertifications • Preferred: experience with Epic computer charting • Preferred: experience with Availity and OneHealthPort payer sites
