📋 Description

• Serve as an extension of the Virtual Care & Digital Health clinical care team • Enable safe, timely, and effective delivery of patient care through telehealth services • Facilitate clinical workflows • Coordinate provider participation • Support real-time care delivery • Work with Medical Directors, Service Line Leaders, Clinical Program Managers, and Provider Network Leadership • Support provider engagement across multiple medical groups • Align enterprise telehealth services with local clinical care delivery • Bridge clinical care delivery and digital operations • Ensure telehealth functions as a seamless extension of provider practice while maintaining patient access, safety, and care quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 2 years of healthcare experience may substitute for the degree • 2 years of healthcare operations, telehealth, clinical support, or digital health experience • Preferred: 2 years of experience supporting providers/clinical teams in care delivery settings • Preferred: 1 year of experience with Epic and/or telehealth platforms, telephony systems, and/or CRM tools
