📋 Description

• Support compliance teams in managing and updating feature inventories for multiple compliance programs • Organize regular reviews of new features and experiences • Capture decisions and track follow-up actions • Partner with engineering teams to ensure they have the information and resources needed for compliance reviews • Identify opportunities to streamline cross-domain workflows and improve operational efficiency • Engage with compliance area owners to ensure readiness for release • Maintain stakeholder communication and provide updates on bug-resolution progress • Update compliance guidance pages and consolidate information • Ensure consistent documentation across compliance programs • Support Azure DevOps work items related to compliance activities • Prepare and share status updates for shiproom meetings and compliance stakeholders • Capture meeting notes, decisions, next steps, and action items • Handle sensitive compliance information responsibly and follow data-protection practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in program or project management, ideally supporting compliance, governance, regulatory, risk, accessibility, privacy, or similar cross-functional initiatives • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to break down complex requirements into structured tasks for engineering and product teams • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Comfort working across diverse groups and levels • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI, or similar tools, for tracking and reporting • Ability to learn quickly across multiple compliance domains and support SMEs • Experience contributing to process improvements, workflow optimization, or compliance enablement programs • Must reside in Alabama, California, Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington • Ability to collaborate with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone • No third-party agencies
