📋 Description

• Develop and execute advisor acquisition strategies to accelerate business growth and strengthen Prudential Wealth Advisors’ market position • Oversee Regional Recruiters and establish the recruiting operating model, strategic partnerships, performance standards, and governance • Own regional recruiting results, including revenue, AUM, advisor headcount growth, and strategic acquisition outcomes • Partner with Territory and field leadership on advisor acquisition strategies and long-term organizational objectives • Lead complex growth initiatives, including advisor team acquisitions, mergers, succession opportunities, and strategic business expansion • Provide executive-level market intelligence and competitive insights for recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and investment decisions • Build and lead a high-performing recruiting organization • Establish performance standards, develop recruiting talent, and create accountability for business and recruiting objectives • Foster execution, collaboration, innovation, and results across recruiting teams and strategic partners • Align recruiting resources, capabilities, and talent strategies with enterprise growth priorities • Establish and govern regional recruiting metrics, reporting, accountability frameworks, and best practices • Drive adoption of Prudential Advisors’ recruiting strategy, including centralized sourcing, field engagement, and third-party partnerships • Use data, market insights, and performance analytics to improve recruiting outcomes, productivity, and return on investment • Monitor recruiting effectiveness and implement corrective actions • Align recruiting investments, processes, and practices with enterprise priorities, governance standards, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders on advisor acquisition priorities, resource allocation, and growth strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 10+ years of leadership experience in wealth management, advisor recruiting, business development, or related growth-focused functions • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering measurable business growth, revenue, and organizational performance outcomes • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic growth initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills • Experience partnering with and advising senior executives and field leadership • Inclusive leadership style with ability to lead across functions, regions, and stakeholder groups • Ability to travel regularly across the region
