📋 Description

• Plan and execute assigned marketing campaigns across email, social, paid ads, content, PR, and internal communications • Create content for assigned channels • Track performance metrics and produce stakeholder reports • Analyze campaign performance and optimize tactics • Manage relationships with marketing vendors • Manage budgets and billing for assigned channels • Update the PSI website • Plan and support PSI events with the global marketing events team • Contribute to PSI marketing strategy • Mentor junior marketing team members • Support internal and external campaigns, digital recruitment initiatives, and sales efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • East Coast location preferred • At least 3–5 years running B2B social media campaigns (LinkedIn) • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and/or WeChat is a plus • Experience running digital events (coordinating, content development, post-event activity) • Event planning experience is a plus • Strong writing and editing experience • Outstanding verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Knowledge of graphic design software, such as Canva and Photoshop • Must not require a work visa for employment or continued employment now or in the future
