📋 Description

• Manage medium-sized (5–15 countries and/or full service) or large (>15 countries, full service) projects/programs under general supervision • Take primary responsibility for producing project deliverables to predefined quality standards, on time and on budget • Lead project teams • Supervise small (<5 countries and/or limited services) projects/programs and their deliverables • Act as primary escalation contact for customers, vendors, project teams, and representatives of other functional areas • Train, mentor, and coach Regional Project Leads and Project Managers • Participate in feasibility research • Support business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings • Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures • Promote PSI delivery and service principles when dealing with customers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of industry experience in clinical research • At least 4 years of global, project-level clinical project management experience • Experience managing all project phases from startup to closure • Experience managing all functional services • Vendor management experience • Experience managing global projects • Gastroenterology experience preferred • Oncology and radiopharmaceutical experience is a plus • Must not require work visa sponsorship for employment now or in the future
