📋 Description

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer for assigned positions open in the United States and Canada • Screen, interview, test, present offers, and conduct reference/background checks • Develop job advertisements and recruitment materials • Post and maintain advertisements on career websites and other media platforms • Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, social media, and referrals • Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements, candidate profiles, and the recruitment process • Screen resumes and credentials against position requirements • Organize and schedule interviews; conduct and report on first-stage interviews • Develop candidate pipelines and maintain an effective talent pool • Maintain applicant and interview outcome records in the applicant tracking system • Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand position requirements and recruitment needs • Advise hiring managers on talent acquisition trends and the job market • Develop awareness of PSI business and functional areas to target and hire talent • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, promote the PSI employer brand, and ensure a positive candidate experience • Provide recruiting progress and analytical reports to hiring managers and Training & Resourcing • Evaluate recruiting effectiveness and implement process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of talent sourcing and recruiting experience • Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience is a plus • Experience with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, social media for recruitment, and/or candidate management systems • Knowledge of interview techniques and sourcing methods • Knowledge of employment law and general human resources practices • Must not require a work visa for employment or continued employment now or anytime in the future
