📋 Description

• Build a talent pool and create a candidate network • Actively source new healthcare providers through multiple available mediums • Review resumes to assess experience, skills, and interests for fit with WMS • Interview and onboard qualified medical providers for locum assignments • Ensure data integrity by following onboarding processes and documentation protocols • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and current medical providers • Improve the provider experience with WMS • Grow the network of potential providers • Work with the team to place newly onboarded providers into assignments • Communicate honestly, promptly, and professionally with providers • Maintain excellent documentation and keep provider profiles up to date • Work cohesively with all WMS departments • Contribute to the strategic plan for the Recruiting department • Represent WMS through professionalism, communication, support, and follow-up • Help connect healthcare providers with meaningful opportunities serving rural and remote communities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience working in Locums Staffing • Experience in the healthcare field preferred • Experience keeping regular and detailed documentation • Track record of success in previous positions • Excellent computer skills • Experience with Microsoft Office • Experience with ATS/CRM software • Strong organization and planning • High attention to detail • Relationship builder • Effective and professional written and oral communication • Ability to effectively prioritize and work through competing tasks • Analytical skills • Creative problem-solving skills • Must be able to work normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM Pacific or Mountain Standard time • Dedicated, quiet, private work-from-home space free of competing responsibilities during work hours • High-speed internet for video calls and daily job requirements • Self-starter who is disciplined and able to manage a busy schedule without direct, in-person supervision • Submit a resume, cover letter, and complete online application questions • May be required to set up reference calls with previous employers
