📋 Description

• Build expertise in one or more Workday verticals • Gain exposure to a wide range of PTG services • Work alongside experienced consultants on client engagements • Identify client requirements • Configure Workday solutions to meet client requirements • Apply HR business-process knowledge to Workday HCM consulting • Participate in hands-on learning and contribute to client and company success • Work with mentors, people managers, and project leadership • Potentially lead committees and capability groups

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) business processes • Adaptability • Problem-solving skills • Analytical thinking • Strong communication skills • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or other shared services areas is helpful but not required • Willingness to travel approximately 20–25%, potentially more or less
