📋 Description

• Work as a liaison between the development team and the business team to relay requirements and confirm development is acceptable • Work with end users or clients to identify expectations and manage those expectations • Work on several projects simultaneously • Interface with end users, developers, and management in delivering client requests • Work with internal and external clients to identify analytical and technical requirements • Create queries and perform data mining techniques to capture appropriate data • Produce reports and analysis to satisfy client requirements • Identify and document requirements and user stories • Provide testing support to confirm client expectations will be met • Document processes and procedures used to produce reports • Perform business analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement • Interpret client requests for scope and applicability • Interpret data analysis results for business users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or 2+ relevant years’ experience required • 2 - 4 years’ experience in data analysis • Excel (PivotTables, various functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) • Power BI • Microsoft Office • Familiarity with IT principals including logic, flowcharting, and coding • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
