📋 Description

• Lead team in reviewing and analyzing Title IV-E cases for compliance with state and federal policies and procedures • Manage the Title IV-E eligibility team, including direct supervision of individuals and overall leadership of team activities and outcomes • Directly supervise one or more team members through weekly check-ins, training, direction, feedback, and performance management • Ensure team compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies • Monitor performance measurements to help ensure contractual responsibilities are met • Use critical thinking and data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI to respond to DCF and PCG management requests • Pursue continuous improvement to increase compliance, value, accuracy, and efficiency • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes for activities, data, and reports developed for DCF and PCG management • Lead client meetings and trainings • Maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and team members • Collaborate with PCG staff across teams to foster information sharing and mutual support • Maintain current knowledge of federal and state Title IV-E laws, policies, and procedures and share findings with DCF • Lead or participate in state and federal audits and reviews • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in related field • 5+ years of relevant work experience, including supervision of staff • Familiarity with relevant federal entitlement programs • Ability to prioritize responsibilities for self and others and to delegate tasks • Ability to organize and plan work efficiently within set time limits for self and others • Advanced understanding of and ability to interpret relevant federal and state laws, regulations, and policies • Strong verbal and written communication skills in formal and informal settings, including customer service • Critical thinking for the sake of problem solving and identifying process improvements • Detail-orientation • Ability to work independently and within a team • Demonstrates initiative • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
