• Oversee Site Visit Reviewers and support daily screening operations • Coach staff and monitor productivity and record-review workflows • Coordinate documentation, scheduling, time off, travel, hiring, training, evaluations, time sheet approvals, and onboarding • Partner with Lead Scheduling, Quality Assurance, Training, and Onsite leadership to resolve technical or scheduling issues • Communicate findings and document provider interactions • Maintain operational trackers and spreadsheets • Ensure staff deliverables are completed and escalate concerns to the Operations Manager • Mentor direct reports and assist the project QA/training team • Plan, organize, and direct assigned staff activities and distribute workflow • Coordinate project activities with the project team, management, and client • Provide federal policy, procedure, and regulation consultation • Participate in weekly status updates and monthly status reports • Manage and track project budget and invoicing • Ensure staff reach and maintain productivity and quality assurance goals • Participate in OMS staff trainings • Conduct staff performance evaluations • Analyze financial reports and datasets for compliance with state and federal standards • Coordinate and complete special projects
• Reside in the state of North Carolina • Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in Business, Business Administration, Accounting, Social Work, Public Policy, or other closely related fields • 3+ years of relevant work experience in vocational rehabilitation, disability services, employment services, workforce development, human services, or public policy • Direct supervisory or management experience preferred • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills • Ability to work independently and on a team • Ability to organize and plan work efficiently within set time limits • Ability to understand and interpret federal and state laws and regulations • Ability to analyze and manage significant amounts of data and produce written reports • Ability to effectively communicate project status, issues, and information to the client • Ability to manage a team and coordinate project tasks across multiple counties • Strong Microsoft Office skills, preferably Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
