📋 Description

• Lead the strategic pursuit of AI innovation and value creation across the enterprise • Drive AI transformation, enterprise AI literacy, AI strategy, AI capabilities, participative operating models, and governance practices • Build and maintain a vision for how AI drives value aligned with strategic objectives • Work with board members, the corporate C-suite, business leadership, and other stakeholders • Establish a world-class AI strategy and organization aligned with the enterprise vision • Set goals and measure AI initiatives • Foster collaboration and cross-organizational alignment around the enterprise AI vision • Establish internal and external AI ecosystems with vendors, partners, research institutes, regulators, and industry associations • Inform and deliver ambitious product roadmaps to accelerate growth • Chair the AI governance board • Evolve responsible AI policies and governance programs addressing data usage, model explainability, fairness, privacy, regulatory compliance, and ethical mandates • Coordinate security, risk, compliance, legal, ethics, safety, and other stakeholders • Establish transparent AI portfolio evaluation and management practices to measure business value and ROI • Cultivate AI literacy across the enterprise and lead transformation and change-management programs • Define operating models and delivery capabilities for engineering and operationalizing scalable AI initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred in artificial intelligence or data science • 10+ years of business experience, ideally in information or technology management, recently at or near the executive level • Ideally some independent P&L responsibilities • Five or more years of progressive leadership experience leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams • Five or more years of experience defining and leading enterprise-wide programs/initiatives • Five or more years of AI experience in information-intensive industries or digitally advanced enterprises • Five or more years spearheading AI engineering, software engineering, and/or advanced data science initiatives • Experience designing and delivering adaptive/intelligent solutions • Experience coordinating AI platforms and selecting/using AI embedded in enterprise applications • Preferably ten or more years in software engineering • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, relevant tools, and platforms • Experience innovating and developing new channels, business models, or business transformations • Experience fostering enterprise change and leading technology-led transformation programs • Experience in strategy and management consulting, multiple industries, and vertical industry knowledge is desirable • Experience building architecture on AWS or Azure • Experience with modern databases, cloud environments, and data ecosystems • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data protection laws and regulations, such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, and CCPA • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
