📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with executive, infrastructure, operations, and application stakeholders within strategic Americas accounts • Partner with WWSA sales and systems-engineering teams to identify services opportunities and shape account strategy • Lead discovery and consultative conversations around data-center consolidation, workload modernization, migration, automation, lifecycle management, operational readiness, and risk reduction • Translate customer business challenges into outcome-based Advanced Services strategies and solution proposals • Design and position multi-layered services engagements, including assessments, workshops, migration services, residency, business-critical support, technical account management, automation, and lifecycle services • Develop proposals, statements of work, presentations, business cases, and executive-facing recommendations • Advise throughout the opportunity lifecycle from qualification and solution development through approval, contracting, and transition to delivery • Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure solutions are technically sound, commercially compelling, and aligned with delivery capacity • Collaborate with channel and strategic partners to extend services reach and create joint customer value • Maintain opportunity, pipeline, and forecast management, including next steps, risks, dependencies, and close plans • Capture customer feedback and market insight to improve services packaging, enablement, and go-to-market execution

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in enterprise technology consulting, professional services, solution architecture, technical sales, or a related customer-facing role • Demonstrated success working with large, complex, or strategic accounts in the Americas • Ability to connect executive business outcomes with infrastructure, data, cloud, modernization, migration, and operational requirements • Strong consultative selling, discovery, storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills • Experience developing services proposals, statements of work, business cases, or transformation roadmaps • Technical fluency in enterprise infrastructure and data-center environments • Strong commercial judgment balancing customer value, solution quality, scope, margin, and delivery feasibility • Ability to lead through influence across sales, engineering, product, delivery, finance, legal, and partner organizations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence • Willingness to travel as needed • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred qualification) • Preferred experience selling or delivering data migration, modernization, automation, lifecycle, residency, technical account management, or business-critical support services • Preferred experience in complex enterprise industries • Familiarity with enterprise storage, cloud operating models, hybrid infrastructure, data protection, or platform modernization • Experience working with global strategic-account teams and large technology partners
