• Oversee large-scale support and optimization projects for healthcare providers • Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare executives, utilizing operational knowledge • Drive performance enhancements across distributed teams • Lead enterprise-level Epic managed services programs to maintain stability • Foster long-term relationships with clients through clear communication • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within technology-enabled environments • Collaborate with teams to enhance application support and governance • Analyze performance metrics to increase the benefit of Epic resources
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • At least 8 years of experience • Epic certification in modules (e.g., Ambulatory, Cadence, ClinDoc, Resolute, MyChart, Orders)
