• Provide individual, family, and group clinical sessions and communicate with referral sources and outpatient providers • Conduct mobile behavioral health and substance use disorder assessments within assigned service areas • Complete biopsychosocial assessments, clinical evaluations, intakes, and reassessments • Assess behavioral, emotional, cognitive, social, environmental, and recovery support needs • Perform ASAM assessments and determine appropriate levels of care • Develop admission, treatment, and clinical recommendations • Complete individualized treatment plans with clients and treatment teams • Coordinate treatment and admission planning with referral sources, hospitals, emergency departments, providers, families, and community partners • Support service planning, clinical care, aftercare planning, referrals, and continuity of care • Facilitate utilization review processes and maintain authorization and continued-stay documentation • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation • Participate in assigned on-call rotations • Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion • Complete required organizational, licensing, and accreditation training • Perform other duties as assigned
• Must reside and be licensed in Pennsylvania • One of the ASAM-aligned qualification pathways: master’s degree in a relevant field with master’s-level licensure or statewide certification board certification (CAADC) • Master’s degree in a relevant field while working toward master’s-level licensure or statewide certification (CAADC) • Bachelor’s-level qualification with CADC or pursuit of CADC and at least one year of qualifying clinical experience • Associate-level qualification with CAAC or pursuit of CAAC and at least two years of qualifying clinical experience • High school diploma or equivalent with CAAC • Current Pennsylvania registered nurse licensure, nursing degree, and one year of qualifying clinical experience • For ASAM co-occurring enhanced programs: relevant master’s degree with master’s-level licensure, or relevant master’s degree while working toward licensure/certification • Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, mental health treatment, and recovery-oriented care • Working knowledge of federal, state, accreditation, and compliance standards • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and accurately communicate assessment information • Ability to recognize crisis situations and communicate concerns appropriately • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned service areas • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds and seldom up to 50 pounds
