📋 Description

• Train, coach, and supervise Needs Assessment Coordinators • Carry out personnel management activities, including screening and selection, orientation, training and development, performance management, and employee functions • Cultivate and manage relationships with staff and referral partners • Support Needs Assessment Coordinators by taking calls during high-volume periods • Collaborate with departments across the organization • Ensure accuracy of bed management software for bed availability and scheduling • Hold coordinators accountable to role standards • Monitor quality by evaluating coordinator documentation and phone calls • Serve as subject matter expert for Needs Assessment Coordinator duties • Handle delegated on-call work • Deliver key data in an actionable format • Develop the team’s abilities and knowledge to support an industry-leading admissions team • Complete data collection, aggregation, analysis, and reporting to support system/process pathway changes, identify quality concerns, and identify potential risks • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in a human services field preferred • Experience in a health or human services agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting • Previous management experience preferred • Ability to communicate effectively and interact well with people of diverse backgrounds • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to problem solve by gathering and analyzing information • Ability to work independently and in group problem-solving situations • Initiative in problem solving • Ability to handle a crisis and react appropriately • Flexibility and adaptability • Ability to make decisions in an objective and ethical manner • Calm and decisive in crisis situations • Ability to sustain a team environment and drive continuous improvement projects • Completion of required trainings and mandatory training hours
