📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of installing, configuring, and upgrading Qodo’s Kubernetes-based stack within customer-managed AWS, GCP, and Azure environments • Troubleshoot unfamiliar environments in real time, pull diagnostics, identify root causes, and write custom Python/Bash scripts to overcome network, access, or platform constraints • Serve as a high-touch technical counterpart to enterprise engineering teams during onboardings • Work alongside Solutions Engineering as needed for US-based clients • Codify best practices into Terraform and Helm IaC modules • Create a structured internal knowledge base and turn one-off fixes into repeatable, automated onboarding procedures • Ensure optimal performance and health of PostgreSQL, Redis, container networking, and storage within isolated client stacks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps / Infrastructure • Proven track record in product-driven B2B SaaS, DevOps tooling, or developer platform companies • Experience in customer-facing deployment, technical onboarding, or Field DevOps contexts • Must be located in the Central Time Zone, USA • Expert-level, hands-on experience running, troubleshooting, and tuning complex production Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers • Proficiency with Terraform and Helm across AWS, GCP, and Azure, particularly within customer VPC/tenant boundaries • Solid understanding of Linux networking, IAM/security policies, storage drivers, and database infrastructure management • Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis • Strong capability in Python or Bash for diagnostic tools, automation scripts, and deployment fixes • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making technical decisions independently, and driving projects forward autonomously • Clear communication and ability to build trust with client engineers under pressure
