📋 Description

• Capture current Design and Engineering business processes, identify gaps, and refine workflows for efficiency • Integrate data collection into processes and create reports, dashboards, and decision-support tools • Build process maps and document new or improved processes through Standard Operating Procedures • Develop solutions to monitor, track, and capture process changes • Own and maintain Design & Engineering data structures, databases, and reporting platforms • Support data integration and flow between Smartsheet, Tableau, Palantir, Excel, and other enterprise systems • Collaborate with Procurement, Facilities Operations, Project Managers, Utility Power, and other QTS teams • Attend stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and translate information into process improvements • Learn new software systems and create tools to support the Design and Engineering team • Create and process DocuSign documents through applicable workflows • Serve as a power user and administrator for Design & Engineering business applications • Create and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, reports, and visualizations covering performance, schedules, resources, budgets, and project execution • Partner with Engineering leadership to implement and continuously improve systems initiatives, tools, dashboards, databases, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to clearly communicate technical findings and process recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations • Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex data and process challenges • Ability to understand the big picture while developing detailed solutions for complex issues • Commitment to data accuracy, quality, and consistency • Adaptability to changing requirements, priorities, and business needs • Interest in current industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving tools • Ability and willingness to mentor less experienced team members • Experience developing and maintaining Smartsheet solutions, workflows, and automated processes • Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar BI platforms preferred, not required • Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data management and analytics platforms preferred, not required • Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple business systems • Three or more years of experience creating, documenting, and refining processes • Three or more years of professional experience collecting, organizing, and presenting data • Ability to engage stakeholders, document business requirements, and translate operational needs into scalable processes, systems, dashboards, and reporting solutions • Excellent ability to interface with all levels of the organization • Proven team player who fosters and operates effectively within internal and external team environments • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to solve problems at a tactical and functional level • Strong written and verbal communication skills
