📋 Description

• Respond to inbound service telephone inquiries and address customer questions politely • Forward specific inquiries as directed for priority resolution • Document each customer encounter and resolution in the computer tracking system • Provide support for phone services • Facilitate the addition of funds to inmate accounts • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while meeting customer requests and concerns • Work independently and adhere to the assigned schedule • Multitask across several computer applications while conversing with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing • One year of previous call center experience • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish • Ability to attend 100% of the classroom training program • Ability to meet or exceed performance goals • Ability to work in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment • Computer savvy and able to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal assistance • Ability to multitask across several computer applications while holding a customer conversation • Must work from Texas • Desktop or laptop compatible with Windows 11; Apple/Mac, tablets, smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebooks, and Android systems are not compatible • Computer must have at least 8GB RAM and an i3 4th-generation-or-better processor • Two computer monitors required • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone; 3.5 mm and gaming-style headsets are not approved • High-speed internet via wired Ethernet; Wi-Fi, satellite, hotspot, and mobile broadband connections are not allowed • Internet upload speed of 25 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps • Internet service provider must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss • Latency under 100ms • Available cell phone or tablet meeting Android 8.0+ or iOS 14+ requirements • Must install Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) application required by Qualfon IT
