📋 Description

• Monitor technician availability and job queues throughout the day • Assign and track field jobs using dispatch platforms and outage tools • Respond to Priority 1 and 2 alarms, escalations, and fallout from missed appointments • Communicate ETAs and job updates to internal teams and customers • Document job status and actions in Teams, email, and tracking systems • Collaborate across shifts to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity • Coordinate field operations, manage technician schedules, and ensure timely resolution of service requests and outages

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of Call Center experience required • At least 1 year of work at home experience required • Self-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills • Professional and articulate voice • Ability to multi-task in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer • Ability to work in a fast-paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude • Computer savvy and able to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance • Basic math skills required • Ability to problem solve • At least 18 years of age or older • High School Diploma or GED • Upload speed of 25Mbps; Download speed of 50Mbps • Internet service provider must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss • Latency under 100ms • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone; 3.5 mm headsets and gaming style headsets are not approved • Available cell phone or tablet and ability to install required 2FA software for multifactor authentication
