📋 Description

• Handle a high volume of primarily outbound calls to ensure patients receive healthcare supplies • Create and submit patient orders • Complete account updates accurately • Manage multiple systems simultaneously • Partner with internal teams to resolve patient and order-related issues • Meet productivity, quality, and service excellence goals • Handle 100+ calls daily • Maintain an average talk time of four minutes • Meet sales-per-hour targets • Deliver exceptional customer service and support positive patient experiences • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Customer-focused approach • Self-motivated and adaptable • Ability to troubleshoot and navigate changing priorities • Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and data entry quality • Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, on a fixed 8-hour shift between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST • HIPAA-compliant work environment • Hardwired Ethernet internet connection via cable or fiber • Minimum internet speeds of 30 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload • Ability to complete an internet speed test during the interview process • Ability to remain on camera with microphones unmuted throughout training sessions • Spanish bilingual proficiency eligible for additional pay differential
