📋 Description

• Develop and update detailed project schedules with input from Engineering, Project Managers, and Operations Management • Coordinate responses from field and operations personnel • Gather information from Maximo, Procore, ERP financials, and other internal data management systems • Assemble accurate reports and interpret data to predict project productivity trends • Build and maintain cost- and resource-loaded programmatic schedules • Gather weekly project progress from Project Managers and Superintendents/contractors • Review change request and change order logs weekly with Project Managers • Review and update project schedules weekly with Management • Interpret data and communicate findings clearly and concisely • Build detailed project schedules upon project award or turnover • Assemble and communicate data for scorecard, KPM, and portfolio tracking processes • Maintain project and activity coding for reporting • Communicate data and trends to Project and Operations Management • Assist in compiling scope change requests • Follow PMO schedule development and update processes and Standard Work Instructions

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA • Minimum of 10 years’ scheduling experience building and maintaining project schedules for large programs and projects • Experience working independently and in a team environment • Flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities due to demands and timeline changes • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication skills • Proficient in Primavera P6, SAP, Maximo, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel • Ability to create clearly written communications • Experience writing detailed and concise communications • PMP or CAPM preferred • Utilities, gas pipeline, or electric distribution/transmission/substation experience preferred
