📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and maintain shared automation frameworks, internal services, and developer tools for multiple QA and engineering teams • Identify common testing needs and validate functionality, integration, reliability, performance, and usability across application and platform layers • Build and evaluate AI-assisted and agent-based testing capabilities using repeatable evaluations, human oversight, appropriate tool permissions, and fallback behavior • Develop and automate security testing for APIs, applications, and shared platforms • Validate authentication, authorization, access boundaries, and sensitive-data handling; partner with Security teams to verify fixes • Test AI-enabled tooling for incorrect outputs, prompt injection, information exposure, unintended actions, and dependency failures • Integrate reusable quality and security checks into CI/CD workflows with actionable diagnostics, maintainable test data, documentation, and environment compatibility • Investigate failures and production issues in shared tools and platforms • Drive adoption through documentation, demonstrations, mentoring, shared testing practices, and measurement of coverage, manual effort, and feedback time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • Typically 6–8 years of experience in software testing, including 3+ years building test automation frameworks, quality engineering tools, or shared testing platforms • Strong programming skills, including Python • Experience applying software design, automated testing, code review, and maintainability practices • Broad hands-on testing experience across APIs, services, user interfaces, and platform integrations • Experience with functional, integration, reliability, and performance testing • Hands-on experience building and evaluating AI-assisted testing solutions, including agent workflows, variable outputs, evaluation criteria, tool permissions, data protection, and failure handling • Experience delivering reusable tooling for multiple teams, with product thinking, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, adoption support, and ongoing maintenance • Strong experience with cloud environments, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and observability • Hands-on security testing experience covering authentication, authorization, API security, and sensitive-data handling • Ability to automate security checks, investigate findings, and collaborate with security specialists
