📋 Description

• Lead delivery management of multifunctional medium- and large-scale AWS programs • Manage project planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk/mitigation planning • Ensure programs realize financial benefits and transformational outcomes for customers • Identify and develop new business opportunities • Strategize and execute multi-year roadmaps for portfolios of products, applications, and services with engineering leads • Ensure quality execution and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently • Coordinate, measure, monitor, and communicate program health • Contribute to organization-wide strategies and the team roadmap and service portfolio • Drive continuous improvement across processes, services, and technology • Build a collaborative environment and coach or mentor team members • Recruit, motivate, and develop staff focused on service delivery and client-contract performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience • Minimum 8 years of experience delivering digital transformation projects to global clients • Experience in program management, client service, and/or management consulting • Knowledge of leading teams using agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP • Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises • Aptitude in business analysis and quantitative analysis techniques for decision making • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment • Knowledge of and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing • AWS exposure is a value addition • Team management experience is required
