📋 Description

• Act as the primary data partner to product, clinical, client success, finance, and engineering teams • Align cross-functional initiatives and build a unified, data-informed organizational ecosystem • Architect measurement frameworks for product, clinical, and commercial initiatives • Define performance metrics and demonstrate the economic value and ROI of CirrusMD’s solution to external stakeholders and clients • Own the project data lifecycle from ideation and feasibility assessment through internal and client-facing reporting • Collaborate with engineers to define data structures and build the Looker semantic layer • Transform complex datasets into actionable insights influencing strategic direction • Build and maintain visualization solutions and reporting frameworks for key performance metrics • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant analytics experience • Proven experience translating business requirements into technical execution for cross-functional stakeholders • Strong to advanced SQL skills • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake • Experience with BI reporting tools such as Looker Cloud/On-Prem • Expertise building semantic layers with LookML • Experience managing version control via GitHub • Data architecture best practices for scalable, high-performance reporting environments • Ability to manage the full data lifecycle, from greenfield modeling to refactoring and optimizing legacy technical debt • Exceptional bi-directional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines • Experience fulfilling complex client-facing data requests while adhering to data governance standards • Experience owning high-integrity data processes such as billing, invoicing, or clinical reporting • Knowledge and application of statistical methods including confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, sentiment analysis, and anomaly detection • Preferred: experience with dbt and Airflow • Preferred: ability to use Python/R for analysis beyond standard SQL • Preferred: healthcare domain expertise including HIPAA/FedRAMP compliance, PII/PHI handling, and HEDIS/NCQA/NQF clinical metrics • Preferred: knowledge of event-based tracking and Customer Data Platforms such as Segment • Preferred: understanding of modern data stacks and infrastructure dependencies • Preferred: experience implementing AI-driven BI capabilities such as Natural Language Querying or Looker Conversational Analytics • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing future basis without requiring sponsorship
