📋 Description

• Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from initial discovery to closing • Partner with Account Executives to understand prospects’ critical business issues • Create tailored demonstrations and narratives aligned with high-level business outcomes • Lead complex proof-of-concepts, define success criteria, and quantify measurable business value • Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions • Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration • Coordinate with Product/Engineering to ensure smooth post-sales onboarding • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Quantum Metric platform and competitive Customer Experience landscape • Articulate complex technical concepts and business value to C-level executives and engineers • Support RFP responses • Provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap • Guide prospective customers from initial discovery to a signed deal

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS or software sector • Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations • Ability to engage both technical teams (architects/developers) and C-suite executives (CIO/CDO) • Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ROI-based solutioning • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills tailored for diverse corporate environments • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic deals • Willingness to travel 20–25% • Professional-level fluency in Spanish is a plus • Experience in Digital Experience Analytics or CXM platforms preferred • Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies preferred • Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting preferred • Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
