• Install, configure, and commission emissions monitoring instrumentation at client sites • Coordinate installation schedules with clients, site contacts, and internal engineering team • Maintain and repair monitoring equipment • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions in the field, minimizing system downtime and data loss • Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts, consumables, and forecast equipment needs • Communicate equipment status, service needs, and compliance risks to clients, supervisors, and internal engineering/compliance teams • Provide clients with basic training and guidance on day-to-day system operation • Comply with company, client, and OSHA safety policies and site-specific requirements • Use personal protective equipment and follow client and internal safety protocols • Maintain equipment uptime and data availability at or above expectations • Work autonomously with little direct supervision • Uphold Qube’s safety record • Deliver a positive, professional client experience during site visits • Aid in developing and evolving company assets physically and digitally
• 1–3+ years of experience with instrumentation, industrial electronics, or emissions/environmental monitoring systems • Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, instrumentation, environmental science, or a related field preferred • Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, software, and electrical aptitude • Experience and familiarity with MS Office programs • Generalized experience with different software programs and ability to learn new programs an asset • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to travel to client sites, including overnight travel as needed • Ability to work outdoors and in industrial environments in varying weather conditions • Ability to climb ladders/stairs and work with basic hand tools • Ability to lift and carry equipment/tools up to 50 lbs • Willingness to travel regularly to client sites, with occasional multi-day trips • Occasional fly-in and fly-out work required • Must provide own work truck and valid insurance appropriate for field service demands • Ability to provide secure and covered storage space for spare parts and equipment from the employee's home base, roughly equivalent to 200 square feet • Honesty and transparency in all aspects of the role are critical to success
• Mileage will be reimbursed at the prevailing government-prescribed mileage rate • Allowance provided for storage • Own work truck required, with mileage reimbursement • Remote role
